GTA V Stuttering Issues

Hello,

I have recently come across the issue of stuttering with my Games. GTA V has run fine before.

I haven't changed anything. This is getting to the point where I feel like I've tried everything I possibly could.

To define stuttering, The game runs fine for about 3 seconds then stops, for about 10 seconds, then runs fine for about 3 seconds, and stops for 10. It also takes an eternity load.

Nvidia GeForce 760
Samsung 500 GB SSD (Games)
Kingston 240 GB (Boot)

Yes, all Nvidia and other drivers are up to date, as far as I know.

Honestly not sure what else could be causing it, are you running other programs while playing?
