So i recently got a new cpu and mobo... I'm now running a
4690k
Gigabyte Z97P-D3
gtx 970
kingston 240gb ssd
16gb of ram
Win7
and i am getting this horrible stutter while playing GTA,
Ive tried V sync on V sync off on half, the msaa fxaa shit all on all off some on some off nothing works?!?#
I have spent an un-godly amount of money on my pc over the last could of months and i didn't pay for this shit..
Not on steam FYI.
Little help please?
