GTA V switchable graphics not working well

i got GTA V few days ago
and game runs fine
just little problem troubles me

first my system specs:

AMD A8-6410 2ghz-2.4ghz turbo with integrated Radeon R5 Graphics
4gb DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon R5 M200 Series 2gb--- dont know exact name(i think its M240)
500gb hdd

now my problem is
when i open gta v
go to settings
it says that video memory is 512mb --- which points to integrated gpu
the game works fine still
no lag or anything
but im afraid to higher settings in game cause it already says 900/512
so it passed limit

i want the game to run on dedicated gpu which has 2gb
i bet game would run more better
and i could tweak with settings on med-high

so far i tried messing with power settings and switchable graphics
i set all to 'High Perfomance'
but the game still runs on weaker one
like its set to Power Saving

any temporary fix or any help at all would be appreciated

is your monitor plugged into the graphics card or the motherboard? What OS are you using (32-bit or 64-bit)?

oh right
i forgot to mention its notebook
and im using win 7 64bit
