GTA V Textures Popping and Disappearing

So I have been playing this game for months now. Today I tried tweaking the graphics settings but in the end still use my previous settings so nothings changed. But when I opend my pc again after shutting it down, this happened. Textures in the game are suddenly disappearing. Its game breaking cause whenever I drive cars or fly a plane ill crash into a missing object. Im experiencing the same issue as in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWbJon8YxIg&t=139s (the video didnt help)

My Rig:
Zotac GTX 1060 Amp! 6gb
i5 4460
12gb ram 1600mhz
1gb 7200 rpm hdd x 2

Solved! I just defragmented my HDD now everything is back to normal.
