Hello Everyone,
i've got this problem when i lanch the GTA 5 game
" GTA V Unable to initialize DirectX 9 "

i Have Nvidia Geforce 740M 2 Gb

Update drivers for graphics card.
My son is 13, yes, under age for GTA, I know. He playes Minecraft as well.
He reinstalled Windows 7 on his laptop and got the Unable to initialise Directx 9 problem.
Minecraft did not work well either and told him to use a more actual driver for the graphics card.
He did that and now GTA works too. Could be luck, probably is. At least it's worth a try.
