GTA V w/ RAGE Plugin Hook not running after LSPDFR 0.3b update.

I recently updated to the new LSPDFR mod for GTA V (version 0.3b). It came with an updated RAGE Hook, and now it won't run. I bought the game through Steam on Windows 10. Screenshot:

The screenshot didn't load for me but I also had a similar problem.

Did you install LSPDFR manually or use the installer?
Are you running RAGE Plugin Hook as an Administrator?
Are you trying to launch GTA V via Steam or through the RAGEPluginHook.exe?

I would try re-installing Rage Plugin Hook and see if that works.

If you are still having issues I would recommend posting on the RPH Forums (http://forums.ragepluginhook.net/) or perhaps try the LSPDFR Forums (http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/)
