Question GTA V with 0 % gpu usage

I have a problem. While playing GTA V my gpu usage doesn't even reach 10 % usage.
I have tried maxing out the graphics of the game, which in other games like Rainbow 6 siege works perfectly.
Also I don't have problems with temperature.
Gtx 1050 ti 4 gb
Intel I7 8750 H
16 gb ram
If you need more information or you have a solution pls help

Latest patch of the game or driver? Btw I got the game a few days ago if that matters. In my nvidia settings the game is set to run on the gtx 1050, but I can double check nvidia settings, just in case

Checked and it was setted on the gtx 1050 ti, haven't resolved the issue yet
