GTA4 wont work

Hello I have recently purchased GTA 4 for the computer an I downloaded it off of steam and When I run it its says log in with rockstar social club and when I do it says log in suscessful but it doesnt do nothing and if play offline then it says you must be logged in. I have a windows 8 Dell desktop 8500 plzzx help Thankss

GTA IV for PC requires both a rockstar games social club account (for no real reason) and a games for windows live account.
when the game starts hit your "Home" hey to bring up GFWL and then create an account or log into your existing one (Xbox live accounts also work)
