gta5 not running smoothly

i have i5 2450m and 8gb ram and 1gb graphic card and display adapter is AMD RADEON HD 7400m series and INTEL (R) HD graphics 3000 so at lowest settings my laptop just not running gta5 smoothly but from top view approx. (90degree) it works perfect so what is the problem mam/sir

Dude CPU is ok but the GPU is OLD.A Radeon Hd that stuff is old.No wonder you can't run gta v smoothly
