My friend installed GTA IV he bought from a shop, and when he tried to play it this came up:

GTAIV.exe- Ordinal Not Found
" the ordinal 5367 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll."

What can he do?

Are you SURE the disk is broken, do you know this for a fact? Because it installed fine for him he said.
