GTAVLauncher.exe- Entry Point Not Found (need help asap)

The procedure entry point SteamApps could not be located in the dynamic link libary C:\Games\Grand Theft Auto V\GTAVLauncher.exe It always comees up when i open up gta 5 and i dont know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Verify the games file integrity in Steam. However that file path doesn't look right for a Steam game.
