GTS 250 vs GTX 470 - For Premiere CS4/CS5 Editing

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Video Editing/Encoding to MP4 in Adobe Premiere CS4 or CS5
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: I'm building a new system from scratch with an i7 CPU
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: New system with i7 930, Gigabyte X58A-UD3R, 12 GB Ram etc.
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Doesn't matter.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Canada
PARTS PREFERENCES: Prefer NVidia
OVERCLOCKING: No
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1200

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
I'm looking at these two cards - the GTS 250 or the GTX 470 for a new system build for video editing in CS4/CS5.

The GTS 250 has 128 CUDA cores and the GTX 470 has 448. Any idea how much of a performance boost this would be to video editing / encoding?

Is it worth the ~$200 price difference, or is my money better spent on upgrading something else?
