GTS 450 any good

Hi I am wondering if the Nividia GTS 450 is good for gaming. This card will be paired with a AMD FX 4130. I will be playing League Of Legends, Black Ops 2, Hitman the absoultion, And far cry 3.

It's Good It Will Let U Play Modern Games Like Black Ops 2 At High Settings With 720p But Games Like Crysis 3 u Will Play Them With Medium Settings And At 720P And U Can Play GTA IV With IceEnchancer

Don't trust somebody who capitalizes every word. Also, no, no, and no. You will run Black Ops 2 at medium settings at 720p (ew) with 20-30 fps. Also, gameplay videos?

Black Ops 2 itself isn't too demanding so the GTS 450 should handle that at high settings with no problem (tested with my GTX 550 Ti which is only marginally quicker at 1680x1050) since it uses the old COD engine anyway

In regards to most other games, medium-high settings at 720p is attainable, or low settings at 1080p

I do wonder why you're buying a rather old Fermi card, is this second hand? otherwise you could at the very least step up to a 7770

The 450 is a good bit slower than the 550 Ti, I don't think you'd get high on most games at 720p. Medium maybe. No word from the OP on whether he's palying at 720 or 1080 though.

Haha, the 450 is slightly better than you think my friend, even if it is a pretty old low end fermi card
