You probably wont notice a big difference. I didn't.

But I returned by GT for a GTS. To have a better cooler on it was worth it. After market coolers cost $30 or more.

If you do a search you'll probably find a ton of posts asking the same or similar question.

There is a small performance difference, but worth $30!

The best part about the GTS is the cooler, that gt is just going to pump really hot air in your case.

If you can afford the gts you wont be sorry, no one who has one would rather have a gt!

if you were asking about a stock GTS vs stock GT I'd go with the GTS every time for the cooling. However! that MSI card has come up alot on these forums and provides a GREAT cooling solution to the GT. If you are looking to save a few bucks, get the MSI you won't be let down and it will run cool and clean. Just remember the hot air is still in the case and you need good airflow.

I think the extra $30 is worth the 10% increase in performace coupled with the better cooling.

I mean I dropped $30 on an aftermarket cooler for my 8800GT because the 8800GTS was $100 more than the GT at the time.

Which makes it a Great Deal. I would admit if they had this when I got my GTS I might have picked it up instead.
