Gts450 or sapphire hd7770???

Celeron g1820
4gb ddr3 ram
500 GB HDD

-my question is which of this card is more suitable in my build...
I plan to play BF4, farcry3, black ops
I'm ok in gaming with 720p and low settings...

Will my CPU bottleneck the hd7770?
If yes how much of a bottleneck?

The 7770 is quite a bit faster. I wouldn't worry about a bottleneck, you will be GPU limited in everything anyways. The HD 7770 was entry level when it was new. So even on games from the last 5 years that only require a dual core CPU, that videocard will still be best at 720p. In BF4 you will suffer due to only have 2 cores/2 threads. So the HD 7770 is the better choice, just be aware that both cards come with limitations.
