Which one should I get? These are at the same price range here. ~172$. I know it's a awful price to pay, but I don't have any possibilities to buy it cheaper. And also gtx460 is too expensive.

My build:
MB AMD 870/SB850 SAM3 ATX/GA-870A-UD3 GIGA-BYTE

InWin EAR009 MD Tower Black/Silver ATX USB2.0/Audio/AirDuct/11Drive Bays w/o PSU

DVD-/+R/RW-RAM12X24X SATA OEM/BLACK AD-7260S-0B OPTIARC

CHIEFTEC PSU 500W ATX2.3 80+ BULK

Western Digital WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200rpm 16MB SATA 6.0 GB/s

CPU Desktop Phenom II X4 955 (3.2GHz,8MB,125W,AM3) box Black Edition

Crucial Rendition 2GB DDR3 1333 DIMM CL9 240-PIN 256Mx64 PC3-10600 (Bulk)

I'd go straight to 5770 but it's a matter of physx. I need a card which could run games with physx on properly.

If you can afford a HD 5770 you can afford a GTX 460. Go beat up some kid for his $15 lunch money.

Why can't you get anything cheaper?

If you're stuck with those two terrible choices, the HD 5770 is slightly less terrible for games. You aren't doing any PhysX with that GTS 450....

Ok then This and this

or this and VGA 1GB GDDR5 PCIE16 HD5770

Is gtx460 SE 768mb is better than 5770 1GB?
And is it worth to buy that cheaper motherboard to save up money for a gtx460?
And which is the best gtx 465 1gb or gtx460se 1gb or gtx460 768mb?

Sorry I don't know the conversion rates so I don't know about the price/value of them.

I'd go with the cheaper motherboard since the more expensive one has an extra PCIe x16 slot running at x4 which is useless.

Like I said I don't know the conversion rates or the difference between that HD 5770 and GTX 460.

1$ = 2,5LT.

I'm interested in better mb not only because of second pcie which as I know is x4. But because it has sata3 and is capable to run x6 phenom

These are my options if I go for cheaper MB:

So as I'm in very limited budget I have CHIEFTEC PSU 500W ATX2.3 80+ BULK. Is it enough to gtx460?

Any AM3 motherboard will accept the X6s. You will only see the difference between SATA II and SATA III in SSDs. That Western Digitial Hard Drive cannot do 600 mb/s (SATA III maximum transfer rate). The maximum limit of sustained transfer for mechanical hard drives is 157 mb/s; slightly above SATA 1.5.

Your PSU supposedly has >400W over the 12V rails and should be able to power the GTX 460.

So even if it's Gtx460SE 768mb or gtxse 1gb or gtx 768mb, go for it isntead of better mb and 5770?

And I will be able to play Dirt2,nfs and other popular games maxed? Inculding Mafia 2 with physx max?

I would get the GTX 460 768mb over the 1gb SE. PhysX can be turned on with the 460 with playable frame rates. You can max out some games such as BFBC2 but not Mafia II (though I think BFBC2 is much more impressive graphically).

I don't believe a GTX 460 SE 768mb exists.

Like I said in the previous post you will not see the difference between those motherboards without a SSD.

The GTX 460 1gb (non-SE) it worth the upgrade over the GTX 460 768mb if you can afford it. Its clocked a bit slower but has more cores enabled and you can overclock the crap out of all the 460s.

for a build

phenomx4 955be C3, GA-MA770T-UD3, 500 wd caviar blue, 2gb crucial ram

ENGTX460 DCT/2DI/768 or 465 GTX TWIN FROZR or ASUS GF GTX 460 DIRECTCU TOP 768 ?

Also I could get gtx460 1gb versions of sparkle or club3d manufacturers as they cost the same as 768mb asus.

Really the performance and quality rate is in sparkle or club3d 1gb side? I didn't thought that asus 768mb trails behind so bad.
