Gtx 1050 2gb not working but thefans spinning

I have been using my gtx 1050 for the last two months without any issues. Recently my pc developed beeping sounds after a power blackout. I quickly removed the ram and gpu the beeping sound went away and gpu worked until fine until rebooted my machine. Gpu showing no signal when i connect hdmi but onboard gpu is working. Gtx 1050 is properly installed on motherboard i uninstalled driver using ddu but still nothing. I also checked the bios to ensure pcie was selected as first priority
Am using Lenovo 520
Gtx 1050 2g msi
Psu 280watt recommended is 300watt ut it's been working for 3mnths using this psu

Hopefully the power blackout didn't toast your card. Can you install it in another computer to see if it fires up? The fans spinning mean nothing other than the fans are getting power.

One other possibility is the power issue hurt the PSU, weakened it. Maybe it worked before because it put out more power than it's putting out now.
