GTX 1050 2GB paired with athlon 250

Asrock N68-S
4gb DDR2 800mhz - 940mhz OC
Athlon 2 X2 250 3ghz - 3,5 Ghz OC
Saphire HD5450 512mb
Rasurbo 450w
Windows 10 64bit

I don't like games at all.
My question is : If I buy this card and replace mine, could i play 4k content, youtube for example ?
I know i have a slow cpu but i just want this card because it can handle h265 playback and has hdmi 2.0 so i can run a 4k resolution on a 4k TV.

Yes, you can run 4k at 60 frames on a TV with a gtx 1050 using the hdmi 2.0 port. Your cpu could still causes issue with certain types of videos, but won't have many issues with the most common ones like youtube and Netflix.
