Question GTX 1050 3GB fps "drops"??

Hello everyone. I just got a new laptop Asus tuf fx505dd with gtx 1050 3gb 8gb ram and ryzen 5 3550h CPU and I have 60-100 fps in csgo. I checked some videos with the same graphics card and nearly same CPU but all of them were like 100 250 fps and I'm wondering why I have such a low Fps
Any help would be appreciated.

Oh and I did installed all the drivers and stuff.
