Question gtx 1050 boot loop

how can i fix my gpu the day i turn on its okay but uts stutter and it restart but when it restart it changed the resolution when i shut down and power on its boot looping i reset my bios and clean my ram and my pc the i place back all the components but when i turn on again its boot looping so i grab my gt 710 and i plug in and it starts to boot how to fix this issue is it possible that my gpu is dead?

did you get your gpu second hand or brand new?

try using an hdmi cable to connect the 1050 to your monitor.

in temperature im getting around 67-70 c
idk the brand of my psu but its 400 watts
