HI, i was thinking of purchasing a build that has these specs:
Nvidia GTX 1050, 2 GB
Intel Core i5-7400 CPU
8 GB DDR4 RAM, 1 TB HDD
i also wanted to overclock the gpu to a safe range, but i was wondering if it can play gta 5, squad, csgo and more games like that with 60 fps and high-medium settings? and if yes when would i have to upgrade again?
thx for help

If you have the budget go for the 1050 ti 4gb it is better. As for when you would have to upgrade, I'm guessing by the end of the year or abit later.
You could most likely play CSGO on the max setting and GTA 5 on medium.

i would do that but its prebuilt so i cant change anything inside, also the built was pretty cheap for what i get so that's why i wanted to get it, thanks for reply tho

Whats the price for it?

its 965$, but before you say that im crazy if i think that's a good price hold on a second, im living in norway so this is the average price for the build that im getting....

You can waste money on $100-$200 worth of glow in the dark case with LED fans and twirling/twinkle strips, or, put your money where it counts, into the GPU and CPU.....

Build your own if you can, a case from Corsair is $59...; most prebuilts are always cutting cost on parts, or overcharging....or quite commonly,.....both.

You can indeed build your own with similar money with a ryzen 1600 & a 1050ti & just use win 10 unregistered.

& that's just going to plain kill a 7400+1050

UPDATE:
i was thinking about the fact that the 1050 will most likely only play games on low settings in 2018 so i got another built, same specs at before but instead of 1050 it has a gtx 1060 and i5 7400 (same cpu) and it also has a 256gb ssd, price 1070$
