[SOLVED] Gtx 1050 not working

[Plz help me 113]

a year ago I bought a 1050 by zotac and it was working fine, but recently I tuned it off and turned it on under 10 mins and it stopped working, windows isn't detecting my card, this means I cannot update drivers for my card, I've already tried to update my BIOS reinstalling my gpu and putting it in another pci slot. Also the fans don't spin and there is no output from the cards hdmi. The pc turns on along with everything else just not the GPU

Make ,model and age of PSU?
It seems like the GPU is dead if the fans don't spin, no output and no detection.
