I want to upgrade my gpu to GTX 1050..is it will work with my power supply??

know also that Dell certifies their power supplies only at 90% of Max so your 300w is certified at 270w
that's cutting it close to your max power pf 220w expected with new video card

Max 12v output is 216w plus that unit is made by liteon. So I would not recommend using it with the 1050.
