I have a Fx 8320 CPU and I was wandering if I should save some money and get the gtx 1050 or use it all on the gtx 1050 ti. Is there a big difference? I want to be able to play new titles and upcoming titles without lag. Please Help. Thank you.

If it's in your budget, the 1050ti is your better bet. While we are not talking the difference between a 1050ti and a 1080, there is a difference in the realm of about 10-15FPS at 1080p. Bear in mind it is a budget card, so don't expect a stark difference unless your coming from a 650ti or something lower.

Thank you, and its going to make a giant difference because im coming from a R7 250.

Yes, it absolutely will.

I vote for the 1050 and here's why: In newer titles, neither of these cards is a 1080p high settings at 60fps type of card. What the extra cost of the 1050 Ti gets you is the ability to use higher settings, with the 4gb vram, in games that require more than 2gb vram. You also get a boost in fps. The problem is that if you need these things then you probably need an RX 470 or better. It's in a gray area where it's not competitive in price with budget cards, but it's also not competitive with true 1080p cards in performance. If you absolutely can't spend a dime more than what a 1050 Ti costs AND you want every last bit of performance you can get, then the 1050 Ti is for you.
