GTX 1050 TI Expedition build PSU, CPU help

I am looking to build a decent gaming pc (might also use it for after effects). I don't really do hardcore gaming since I mostly play Sims, overwatch, dota and the sort (almost no AAA title). My budget is around ~650$ and I plan to use the entirety of it.
I am currently considering this built:

Asus GTX 1050 TI Expedition 4GB
+
CPU either i5 6500 or something similar
+
Asus Z170-A motherboard
+
8Gb ram (haven't decided yet but I want it to be DDR4 if possible)
+
PSU (I have no idea what should I get that is enough and maybe could provide a bit more of power just to be on the safe side.

Do you already own th gpu? If not, founder edition is not recommended. Factory tweaked version is faster.

OCed 1400 can beat 6500, not to mention AM4 socket is new and has better upgrade path.
