Question GTX 1050 Ti fans stop spinning under load ?

Hi I have a Gigabyte GTX 1050 ti card and what happens is the card fans will stop spinning when I put the card under load.

I can control the fans using MSI after burner to set a custom fan curve or set a manual constant fan speed, but as soon as I open a game they gradually slow down until they stop and it stays around 82°c.

The moment I close a game then they'll speed up to the set manual speed or to the curve speed.

I've tried other third party fan speed controllers but it's the same result with all of them. Please help
