Solution
Well.. a simple answer. Yes. It will work in a small form factor and a regular case. Although the cou cooler may get in the way. So I had to cut open the back of my computer enough for my guts 1050 ti to fit. Ik. And it was a school pc. Intel core 2 quad. Talk about on a budget
An ITX card would be a good start. They almost fit front to rear. In fact R9 Fury Nano fits but AMD has Dell BIOS issues.
You can either cut a 2nd slot in the rear of the case, or get a card with no outputs on the 2nd slot and cut the bracket in 1/2. If you make the slot you need to clip the top and bottom of the 2nd slot side of the bracket anyway. If the card has a full cover and you cut the bracket you will need to cut the cover at the rear about 1/2" so the air can turn and go out the rear vent. I would test with the bracket removed to see if it runs OK before cutting. Some water blocks make a single slot solution. Remove the HDD cage gets you lots of room.
2.5" drives can go in the floppy bay.

i see so.. its will work? right?

How do you know if it's UEFI rated?
