Hi, I just got my GTX 1050 Ti OC from MSI and i got this afterburner program with it for overclocking. However iam not that techwise myself and was wondering if anyone can show me how I could safely make these settings for a boost in performance. BTW I have Corsair watercooling if that makes any difference. But I just dont want to damage my card so I only want "Safe"settings for it.

You can read this and see if it helps

I've seen GPUs work alot like CPU chips though with overclocking. Sometimes you do well and others don't do so well. Honestly if you don't want to risk damaging your card, just don't overclock as once you start, you are always at risk. The card you have comes minorly overclocked already. If it isn't quite up the power you want, a better option would be to get a more powerful card and not take the risk

Rule #1 on overclocking, don't mess around with it unless you are prepared for a worst case scenario of having to buy a replacement. If you just got a new videocard, and are not really 'techwise' do you want to immediately start risking the card? What do you hope to gain? You're not going to turn a 1050 Ti into a 1060. The 'safe' setting is the one it has, the one covered by the warranty.
