GTX 1050 ti no signal with active hdmi to vga

Hi, i have GTX 1050 ti but no signal.Gpus fans spinning short time when pc started then stop.I tried the gpu in my cousins pc.It's okay there is no problem but it is not working my pc.The pci slot is damaged? If pci slot is damaged, can the fan spin? Please help me.

Would help if you listed your full system specs including the power supply brand and model. Also you should test things without any adapters to rule out any issues with an adapter.

Other gpu is working in my system, but mine is not.My gpu is working in cousins system
