Question gtx 1050 ti not working

hey guyz!!!I hope ur all doing fine in this situation!so the reason why i am here is i have recently brought geforce gtx 1050 ti..i have i5 4670 processor with Gigabyte GA h97m-D3h ,12 gb ddr3 ram and 500gb hdd...bt the games i play even shadow warrior pc is running on 13 fps...too slow..idk what to do in this situation....plz guyz a little bit of advice is required....
