Gtx 1050 ti on a Legacy bios?

Hello,

So I have a pre-built pc that's a couple of years old already (Acer Aspire m3970-ER22P). I was wondering if I could upgrade my graphics card without running into any problems. The pc has a legacy bios and I read online that the 1050 ti won't run on a legacy bios. Any help?

Specs:
- i7 2600 @3.4ghz
- nvidia gt 530
- motherboard chipset type: Intel h67 express
- os: Windows 10

Are you sure you have legacy? I thought all h67 boards came with UEFI, do you have a model number?

Well, I looked at the system information of the pc and it said "Bios mode: Legacy". So, yes I think that I have Legacy. As for the model number, I can't really find it. :/
