If you specify the exact brand and model of GeForce GTX 1050 Ti card then you'll get an exact answer.

Some models of GeForce GTX 1050 Ti cards require a PCI Express supplementary power connector from the power supply unit and other models don't.

here is a list of all the models i know of right now. lists power needs, dimensions and other specs to compare with. lots of models only use pcie slot power. others need a 6 or 8 pin connector.

If it's this model number, GV-N105TOC-4GD, then no PCI Express supplementary power connector is needed.

right the EVGA sc card, does not need any extra power and runs off the motherboard.

so plug in and boot it up and it should be good to go unless you have a REALLY low powered psu. like 200w or less.
