Which Windows version?

Have you modified the Power Settings in Control Panel? Also, which HDMI/DVI port are you using on your motherboard to connect the screen? You might be using the i3 6100's integrated GPU instead of the GTX 1050 Ti.

What games are you playing and on what settings?

Firstly thanks for your help.
I have had windows 10 since i made this PC over a year ago. I have also used the HDMI slot in the back of my GPU. I haven't touched the power settings and Fortnite runs at like 7 FPS in the lobby at high setting and low settings.

If you open up the Task Manager, is there any process using too much CPU (Above 10%)?

The epic games launcher takes up more than 99% and this other process which has no name can take up to 50%.

Can you send a screenshot of your task manager?

The Epic Games Launcher might be updating? What is the name of the process that is taking 50% of the CPU? It might be a malware hogging up your resources. Try ending it (Right click -> End Process Tree), and be sure that Epic Games Launcher is not updating, then test your games again.

How do i send a picture. My GPU is at 100% even at a game's loading screen. It really shouldn't and normally doesn't.
