Question GTX 1050 Ti Reaching 1800Mhz and overheating too much

Hello,

I have recently noticed that while playing games like Warzone, CS:GO My gpu temperature would be around 60-70C when it used to be around 30-50 and it resaults to my pc crashing or the gpu overheating, this happend all of a sudden I didn't overclock it but i noticed that it would reach 1800Mhz while im playing games

And it also stays on the base clock speed while idle

70c is not hot.
full system spec? include make and model of the psu

It exceeds 70C it resaults to my pc crashing, and i can't open my pc to find out what PSU i have currently but i know its 600watts

Some issues, but is there anyway to stop the gpu from going over its boost clock?
