Here's my specs:
CPU: i5-3470
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3
HD: 7.2K RPM SATA
PSU: S12II-620W
Monitor: 1080P 144Hz
Case: K280 with exhaust fan only

I want to run Overwatch at 140+ FPS with the 1080p medium-high settings. Do I need dual fan for better cooling because of 140+ FPS?
Which one to buy within my budget?

Single fan: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=6051#kf
Dual fan with heatsink and backplate: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=6053#kf

I live in Malaysia which is high temperature for every season. Should I go for the dual fan one?

Solution
the 1050Ti is a very efficient GPU, it doesn't consume much power (just 75 watts at stock clocks) thereby producing less heat, you dont really need a dual fan cooler, but then there's the noise issue, single fan will have to spin much faster thereby making more noise, its all up to you, watch/read reviews of both the cards and compare noise levels, temps etc... and if you like the look of the beefier dual fan card, and if its not much more expensive, go for the dual fan, and if you dont care much about the looks, and wanna save some cash, get the single fan card , you will not notice any difference in performance though.. personally, id go for the dual fan as i care about how my looks

What is the maximum FPS can I get with my CPU?
