Gtx 1050 ti strix on asus h61m-k

I want to buy a graphics card, i'm thinking gtx 1050 ti strix, but my motherboard is asus h61m-k.Will it work?

Yeah should do, but I would recommend updating the bios for the motherboard to the newest version first.

Yep the 1050 ti Strix needs a 6 pin connector. But you can get other versions of the 1050 ti that dont need the power connector.

You would have to check them. The higher end models like the strix had the power connector to give you better overclocking (in theory).
