- msi b350 gaming plus
- ryzen 1600 3.8Ghz @ 1.3v
- 8gb ADATA 3000 Mhz oc to 3200Mhz - 1.36v
- MSI gtx 1050ti Gaming X

Played BF1 offline and had 0 problem for a long time.
while playing World of Warcraft 3.3.5 ( 2007 version running on DX9) i noticed a lot stuttering. when i get in open world probably nothing happens, 100+ fps, but when i join 10 man or 25 man raids or BGs i get a lot of Stuttering and fps drops .
i thought my CPU was causing this stuttering but i was monitoring via MSI afterburner and noticed that Clocks and Memory of the GPU drops down with a huge increase of Frametime. over 300.

Note:
1- i used a lot of settings in Nvidia control pannel, many of them and seems no difference.
2- CPU Hpet Removed also but no progress.
3- while using Descktop: Core Clock 139 and Memory Clock 405.
4- all Drivers are updated.

video 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQL0sesHWg8&feature=youtu.be
you can see in the video 1 that while the lag, Clock and memory took value of 139 / 405 like am using Descktop.

Video 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX3lJlancfA&feature=youtu.be
here the Clock and Memory stood still but i got a crazy stuttering.

am in serious need of help.

Monitor system performance with MSI afterburner Hardware monitor. Post screenshots from moment, when you experience stutters.
(graphs should be visible FPS, cpu usage/temp, gpu usage/temp, memory usage, ram usage, pagefile usage).

I'd suspect either overheating or insufficient video ram, system ram.

MSI afterburner Hardware monitor looks like this:

i will do an event tonight raid +bg, and i will post a new video + Monitor system performance with MSI afterburner.
i will also test everything Stock and test if the OC is the problem.

okey, i went to bios and put everything on Stock ( F6 load Default then boot ).

- screen of HWinfo ( RAM + CPU info) + MSI Afterburner Monitoring During Game + Control pannel Config:

- video: problem Monitored ( GPU usage drops to 2% and Frametime peaks to 300+ )
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqleSFIe3ns

- screen of World of Warcraft but GPU FULL OC max power, it was absolute mess, i could play other games with SAME OC means its probably stable: https://imgur.com/a/T7x0nbU

i inspected all Cores using Task manager, they are all under 15% except Core7 working to 95%, i guess this game needs 1 core wich is Core7. thats why i put it only in the Video,i had no space for the rest.
i even had the same drops just while changing Sound option ingame.

Temperatures look very good. So that's not a problem.

One thing - you should set vsync to adaptive.

Also - single ram module (in single channel mode) might be hurting performance. Consider upgrading to 2x8GB ram config.
BTW - I didn't see pagefile usage graph in those MSI afterburner screenshots.
What are virtual memory settings on your pc?

this is Memory specs : https://imgur.com/a/e6pPbcx
- Vsync tried as On/Fast/Adaptive no difference, 'ON' is slightly better.
- i just put Heaven Benchmark for over 1 hour and recorded in video and inspected the graph, looks like there are 2 scenes in this test that causes the problem ( GPU usage drops and Frametime peaks) again and again everytime.
- screen of Graph with some details: https://imgur.com/a/xIa57vS
also sometime between the scenes when it goes black to load the next scene, it happens then i don't know if it is normal.

first of all, i just watched many youtubers using Heaven benchamark, and they get the same drops as me at the same scenes but i have more drops in between :)
i guess either DX9 of the card is kinda broken or the game is. i will test more games very soon.

can you explain to me the use of that Vram changing ? whats is the Virtual Ram and what are those values?
and where to put those numbers , C: or E: ( all my games and stuff are in E:, C: is just for windows and App installation)

isn't 4000mb much bigger than 2944 then ? i don't really understand .
Page File is applied only in C: , should i create Page File for E; also ?
am reading that initial = 1.5 x RAM and max = 3x RAM !!!

Of course 4000>2944. But it's the max size. It should never grow to that. If it does, you'll experience significant pc performance issues.

It may be beneficial to put pagefile on a different physical drive than OS drive, if your system doesn't have enough ram.
But on modern systems (with 16GB ram) on gaming load, pagefile almost never is being utilized. On your system max pagefile usage is 7.4% (by HWinfo). 7.4% from 2944MB is ~217MB.

And those recommendations about pagefile size (initial = 1.5 x RAM and max = 3x RAM) are from times, when 256MB of ram was standard. Not applicable to modern systems.

i spent the last 6 hours trying everything possible in google, it is just win10 stupid creator update with low performance with most of games, many people got the same issues, win10 newer than 1709 version is more likely to be affected.
- since it is hard to install win7 on ryzen plateform, i will try to install win10 1609 version and disable updates or 2. i will ask for help and install win7 and hope for difference.

To install win7, you have to integrate usb drivers into installation first.
You can do that with asrock win7 usb patcher.
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350 Pro4/index.us.asp#Download
To install win7 on nvme drive, several additional hot-fixes have to be integrated.

After that you'll have to deal with problems of updating windows 7, because windows update will be broken initially.
Summary - installing win7 is a real pain in the a$$.

ppppffffffff,
it is the only way i can see to remove this win10 stupidity, i could find how to integrate usb drivers, sounds doable
but how to do for the NVMe?
plus, i dont need updates, or i will get updated version if possible.
