Assuming the 12v rails can provide most of that 280w, I would roughly estimate yes. Is it recommended? Ehhh, probably not.
85W for the CPU, 75W for the 1050, and spitballing it, the rest of the system probably draws at most 110W. That totals up to 270. I doubt that everything would be running flat out simultaneously.
270W assumes 4 ram sticks, an optical drive, an HDD, higher-power-use motherboard.
It's cutting it close, and might not be worth the risk. If it's a high-quality PSU, and provides almost all the power it's rated for on the 12V rail, it might be doable.
But, a full list of everything on your system might be in order (if you're running multiple hard drives, multiple fans, etc, this will mess with my calculations).
I don't know if I would do it without more PSU capacity, though.
