[SOLVED] GTX 1050Ti at ~10% Vram usage

Just recently bought this gpu off a friend and he said it was perfectly fine when he had it. I had tested it in furmark and got a score of 3700~ but it never went above 7% vram usage, and in ASUS GPU Tweak II, it says that it has been running on max boost clock and I can't change it. I have all the latest drivers installed and have no idea what the issue might be.

My Specs:
CPU: i5-6600k
GPU: Palit GTX1050Ti
MB: B250M PRO-VD
RAM: 16gb Adata DDR4 2400mhz
PSU: Antec 500W Green

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

I was doing a furmark GPU stress test and got around 7% usage

Worst case just run DDU and do a fresh install of drivers.

It didn't fail for some reason but it works fine on games and novabench.

If it works fine they I guess don't be worried about it? If there was a issue you would see it in games for sure.
