Gtx 1050ti fan stop

Hi guys i jusy build my pc. All the fans are working good but my graphics card has a led on it saying GIGABYTE ( which is the company) and nearby FAN STOP what does this mean what i did wrong help please

use a program to manual turn fans on. If that doesnt work than your card is defective

I have some issue but its solved now... when the temperature cross 60c it starts automatically... run fun mark software as soon as temperature tocuhes 60c its starts... thanks
