Solution
If that's at stock, then you need to re-paste the CPU. This means: open the case, take the heat sink (metal thing that cools the CPU), clean the CPU and heat sink surface areas, re-apply thermal paste/grease on top of the CPU and, finally, put the heat sink back into position.

Cheers!
I can't see the images at work unfortunately, but just by reading your specs I can confidently say your biggest problem is having just 4GB of RAM.

Even with the i5 2400, it wouldn't be so bad as long as you had 8GB+ of RAM. Having such a low amount of RAM will cripple most modern games even more than your CPU, as they, on average, use around 6GB on their own. I've seen some games nowadays go all the way to 12GB, so having 16GB of RAM is the minimum realistic requirement for gaming PCs and laptops.

Cheers!

Brother you have 4 gigs of RAM. What do you expect? GTA V is a heavy game and requires a minimum of 8 gigs of ram to run properly, because it uses like 5GB of ram when you play. If you have 4GB, then the system can't load some parts because it doesn't have the memory to do so.

Why would you even spend your money on a good GPU when you don't even have 8GB of ram

hahaha sorry my cat lied on my keyboard.
anyways, as I was saying, that's another thing. maybe check if the cpu fan is working and if the heatsink is glued onto the cpu. check what vcore voltage your cpu is set into, by entering the BIOS. if a lot of values are messed up, unplug the pc, open up the case and remove the: little battery on your motherboard and your ram sticks. then hold the power button(the pc must be unplugged) for around 30 seconds. then, the CMOS settings should be reset. put back in the ram sticks and the battery and then enter your BIOS again, go to cpu fan settings and set them to full mode. if your cpu still overheats, you will need to change the vcore voltage manually. how much GHz is your cpu?

3.2ghz ( boost 3.4 GHz )
