Im planning on using GTX 1050ti for my optiplex 9010. Is there any special requirements for it?

I would suggest more than 8GB RAM with a 4GB GPU. Due to the 95W CPU limit and almost no expansion slots or drive bays to power the 240W PSU should be OK.
