GTX 1050ti mobile. low fps and gpu usage.

Hello!I have Lenovo y520 gaming laptop.Y520-15IKBN. Model nr:80WK00YELT.
When im playing farming simulator 19. I set medium settings and got only 30-45fps and GPU usage only 50-65%;
when i set high GPU usage is around 70-80% but still 30-45fps.How can I get 60 fps. Cause it looks like on medium settings laptop is using more CPU not GPU.

GPU temp -55 C.
CPU usage -30%
CPU temp - 60-73 C.

Make sure your power plan is max performance and in GeForce panel as well.

Try to right click desktop and click on resolution, advanced property, see if frequency is 60.
