GTX 1050ti question

Hi guys, i have recently installed drivers for my gpu, and it works flawless, but I do not see Control pannel in the lower right side of my display, I even checked if it was hidden but I could only see my Antivirus and Sound software running. is this normal ?
GTX 1050ti Cerberus
Windows 10

Had to reinstall it once again, most likely hardware failure. Works good now
