which one is better for 3d design,video rendering,graphics design,autocad 3d,revit,max 3d etc....
quadro 4000 is backdated card with pci e 2.0 x16
and 1050ti is a latest gaming card

The Quadro was designed for that kind of work, while the 1050Ti was designed more for gaming. That said, the Quadro mentioned is more than likely only certified with older versions of the Autocad products. It doesn't mean it won't work for everything, but it might have issues. In the past cards like the 1050Ti were never, or rarely were, certified. Now days, they are more likely to be certified. (May want to double check) Even, if they are not, chances are that it will probably work fine.

Short answer: the 1050Ti is probably fine for what you want to do with it. The biggest issue, if any, would be with compatibility with the drivers.
