Guys is this statement true? What do you think of it,

"generally the nvidia drivers are better with weaker cpu's

as they tend to be much better at lowering cpu overhead

amd gpu's require a good cpu to perform fully"

Solution

nvidia drivers in general did have much less overhead (for older API DX11 and below). i'm not sure how valid the claims are but all that i'm aware about from watching several youtube videos when comparing AMD and nvidia GPU using the same CPU the system with nvidia GPU will have much high CPU usage. some people said this is bad some said it is the opposite. i'd say it is not bad. in fact this is what helps certain game feel much smoother or having much less stutter with nvidia GPU. game with large open world...
AMD drivers are solid & theyve put a lot of work into them.

To be honest, the RX 570 is in a completely different league of performance versus a gtx 1050Ti. Given the choice between those 2 GPUs I dont know anyone that would pick the 1050Ti.

I saw a deal on Newegg for an Asrock RX 570 4GB model going for $130 with 2 free games.

On amazon, comparing the exact same ASUS Strix RX 570 is $166 & the 1050Ti is $190 - the 570 performs about 40% better so I dont understand Nvidia 1050Ti prices to be honest.

that question actually are better asked towards board partner like Asus. 1050ti base MSRP is $140. it is exactly the same as RX460 base MSRP (both 4GB model) while GTX1050ti is about 20% faster than RX460. i'd say that is competitive pricing that nvidia try to push. AMD as usual try not to be out done so they officially cut RX470 price down to $170 mark around before 1050ti starts rolling to the market. then come the board partner. asus for example they know RX470 starts at $170 they still decided to release their Strix 1050ti for $180 ($40 more than official MSRP) to the market. why? because this is nvidia card and they know they can sell it even if they make it more expensive. and back then Asus also have the most expensive factory overclocked GTX1060 on the market. while cards like MSI Gaming X variant sold for $290 they sell their Strix at $320 which is even more expensive than nvidia FE itself.

Guys i am really dont understand why and how can this happen i am playing dx 12 games like hitman and rise of tomb raider with rx 570 and after i close the game gpu usage is still 100% and core clock is still 1320MHz can someone help me here pleasee :)

This happen when the gpu under heavy graphic load. The gpu load and core clock not comeback normal

I did already clean tge driver but still the card is error after i bench with 3d mark and the close all app the core clock and the load is at max all normal but just the core clock, power, and gpu load not normal

Yes I did it with ddu but I realize now the problem is just happen once everytimes at the first my pc on and run 3dmark bench after that bench the gpu load and the core clock is always at max. After that what I do is disable the driver then turn the driver on again finally core clock and gpu load always normal even when I try benchmark again, all is normal. But after i turn off my pc and turn back on the problem show again :'( why this is happen??? is this possible cause psu?? I have to disable and turn the driver available again in device manager to make my gpu normal once everytimes my pc turn on :'((

But i got lower performance its showed in the benchmark result, i got lower score.

Next problem gpu performance is lower and i cant open ac sydicate game its always force close

Is my gpu problem or software d problem problem

In my opinion now amd is not just a bad gpu but also a bad driver

That's a bit extreme. Either it's user error (most likely) or you got a faulty GPU (from powercolor in this case) Neither of those are AMDs fault. Also, I've had zero problems with either of the drivers (optional or recommended) currently available from AMD.

So you've got:

AC Syndicate crashes - did it do this before the new GPU? Do any other games exhibit this behavior.

Lower than expected GPU performance - have you measured FPS using FRAPS? (Could be CPU holding back to some degree) Are you monitoring GPU temps and clocks using GPUz? Share findings.

As far as I know, powercolor just regurgitates the same drivers you can download from AMD.

Also, maybe a coincidence, but there's a ton of threads here of people saying "I used DDU and now ____ doesn't work"

I havent try to shutdown my pc again but my problem has done thanks to all of you guys. What i do is remove driver with ddu, then flash my gpu, run ccleaner, install old driver first from powercolor and finally i update the driver and the problem is gone so far. I will tell you as soon as posible after i test again after my next shutdown if it really clear. Thanks guys i am very glad to be in this forum and i am sorry for my mistake words etc..

I think ccleaner is the important part in this problem cause it detect false registery driver... yeah i think this is software problem. Thanks guys :))
