If you want the absolutely cheapest then buy H110 motherboard (ASRock has the cheapest one), 8 GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM, mechanical HDD and some cheap case you like. However expect cheap level of quality for that money.

A H110 mainboard needs a BIOS update before you can use a G4560 on it though.

Also, I would take a RX 570 instead of a GTX 1060 3GB, as the 3GB version is just utter crap and not worth it. 6GB version would be totally fine though.

1. There's a chance the motherboard will be maufactured with compatible BIOS. Some h110 motherboards will only come with compatible BIOS (Asrock R3.0)

2. The GTX 1060 3gb isn't utter crap.. It trades blows with the RX 570. OP most likely picked the 3gb version because the 6gb was too expensive.

1. I know, but it's not that any H110 mainboard supports Kaby Lake from the first BIOS on. And sadly, there's no guarantee that you'll get an up-to-date BIOS on these. You could try it, and chances are probably relatively good that it will work, but if it doesn't, it's your fault alone. I don't recommend gambling.
The ASRock mainboard you mentioned may be a good choice in this case.

2. The 3GB version performs equal to a RX 470 in most cases, sometimes even slower. The problem is the limitation to 3GB of VRAM, which can limit performance even in 1080p when playing modern games at high to ultra settings!
An RX 570 8GB will perform similarly, while being far more "future-proof" than the cut-down GTX 1060.
You simply shouldn't buy GPUs with less than 4GB of VRAM anymore, not for modern gaming. 4GB is the absolute minimum imo.

A GTX 1060 3GB should suffice in most cases then, at least for now.
I still believe you'll probably be happier with a RX 570 8GB on the long run, so I'll recommend it to you again.

In the end, it's your choice anyway :)
