[SOLVED] GTX 1060 3gb fixable?

So my gtx 1060 starts to give no image and those red and green bars everyone knows it's dead I sent it to Asus warranty and it broke on the mail and they said was not fixable by their part I just wanna know if this is fixable or I can just sell it for parts it's broken like a little edge of I take it to a store they can fix it for a reasonable price ?

No, if it was economical to fix, ASUS would fix it.
It could likely be more damage than just the PCB, and there is probably more underlying damage.
