Gtx 1060 3gb isn't detected.

My gtx 1060 isn't detected anywhere. I don't find geforce experience, nvidia control panel and device manager. I've had this pc one month and today i the only thing i did was to update the drivers and clean the pc with ccleaner.

Help please?

what driver version did you download. there was a driver version recently that wouldn't install with 1060 cards. the latest driver out right now from the nvidia website did clear this up.

Turn off the system, take out the GPU, boot up the system (iGPU), turn off the system, put the GPU back in and see if it's detected.

This suddenly happend after i did those things, during the cleaning process i checked to clean my old windows files (there was a new update), Just saying so i don't leave something out, but about a week ago my gpu usage lowered so i figured it was to much voltage for the psu to carry so i removed a 2tb hdd, but anyway here is my specs,

MOTHERBOARD: MSI LGA1151 Z370 SLI PLUS
RAM: Crucial DDR4 2400MHz 8GB KIT
CPU: i3-8100
GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX1060 3GB PCI-E

Fans: akasa Vegas X7 RGB LED, 120mm
and

Try doing a clean uninstall of the drivers. There may be a corruption that is causing the issue. Here is the DDU tool. Follow the instructions and then download the most recent drivers from the Nvidia website.

By the way, ccleaner got hit with some nasty virus last year, I am not a big fan.

check the power cable. did you plug the monitor back to the gpu after you unplug the hdd?
got another psu to test?

if you use the auto detect instead of manually searching for it then it is possible. if the problem is hardware related the driver installer would error out if it can't find your GPU even with no drivers installed
