Gtx 1060 3gb or gtx 1050ti

Hey guys,
Long story short, my gtx 1060 6g died, i am getting a refund of about 20000(INR), I game on a 900p monitor, a gtx 1060 6g now costs more than 100$ than 3gb(about 19000INR) , a 470 or 570 costs even more, so...
A gtx 1060 3gb or gtx 1050ti...i know for fact, a 1060 is a lot stronger, a 1050ti costs 12000 inr. Will the 1 less gig on the 1060 come back to bite me anytime soon if i prefer high/very(not ultra) settings on 900p

no, for the res you are playing, it will be perfect. Even on 1080p not many games use more than 3gb. So your good to go. And yes the 1060 3gb is more powerful than the 1050ti. the vram isn't all that important for now, and at that res.

no problem. Yeah, the 470/480/570/580's have all gone up in price as has the 1060 6gb. It's to do with the coin mining craze, and everyone buying up those cards quickly, because they are good miners.

The 3gb 1060 hasn't been affected, so offers good value. Happy gaming
